Favorite Television of 2012 - #4: Sherlock
Hey modern crime TV shows- bow before your God, mere mortals! Watching any other procedural crime drama has just gotten boring ever since this damn show came along. The wait for the next series is almost as painful as those inevitable last few minutes of Reichenbach..

And now for something nobody asked for!
As you may or may not know, I kind of have a thing for Film Scores. So I made you all a playlist of some of my favorites! Most of these have made an appearance on this blog so there’s nothing too surprising in here, but now you can download them in one go, press play, and pretend your life is an epic movie.
Download here
Including tracks from: Harry Potter, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, Super 8, The Diving Bell and the Butterfly, Lord of the Rings, The Social Network, Sherlock Holmes, Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind, The Brothers Bloom, The Life Aquatic, Moneyball, Where the Wild Things Are, Road to Perdition, Little Miss Sunshine, Inception, My Architect
I also included a couple TV show scores because they’re just as good, if not better than the movies. Including Pushing Daisies, Doctor Who & Sherlock Series 2!

“You’re not hurt, Watson? For God’s sake, say that you are not hurt!”It was worth a wound-it was worth many wounds-to know the depth of loyalty and love which lay behind that cold mask…For the one and only time I caught a glimpse of a great heart as well as of a great brain. All my years of humble but single-minded service culminated in that moment of revelation. — from The Three Garridebs, The Casebook of Sherlock Holmes
