Mike from Breaking Bad is playing Ben’s dad on Parks and Recreation. I repeat: Mike from Breaking Bad is playing Ben’s dad on Parks and Recreation. !!!!!!
And that about wraps up this year’s Favorite Television of 2011 list! I hope you enjoyed my unnecessary, obsessive ranking of TV shows! And that you didn’t have too many complaints.. 1. Breaking Bad & Parks and Recreation
2. Justified & Louie
3. The Hour
4. Friday Night Lights

2011 was a very good year for television, guys. And with Mad Men & Sherlock coming back, 2012 should be just as great!
Favorite Television of 2011 - #1 (Comedy): Parks and Recreation
Parks just continues to have the best cast of characters of any current comedy, and continues to use them perfectly. This show is just so good-hearted and sweet, and more consistently hilarious then everything else on TV. Not to mention it gives the best advice: TREAT YO’ SELF.
Okay so Nick Offerman did a Q&A thing for this week’s issue of Entertainment Weekly and this was his response to what voice he’d want on his GPS. He continues to prove he is a perfect human being.
In case you can’t read it:
First of all, GPS weakens us as a society, and I absolutely refuse to use it. If, however, I were the type of weak person that did indulge in GPS, I would like the voice of Gandalf telling me where to make my turns. Who would be more trustworthy in the realm of navigation? Not only does he know where to go, he knows what’s going to happen to you when you get there.
