Whew, it took me basically all of today to come down off my Emmy high! After letting the dust settle I’d say the ceremony was 50/50 good and bad. Comedy bad, drama good! What’s a bummer is that there were several categories that no matter who won, someone else just as deserving was going to lose.
At the end of the day, all our disappointment (and/or joy!) just means that we’re living in an period of just great fucking television. And all the Emmys in the world can’t take away that!
Oh my god. This is so so brilliant. Although if there is an Emmy god, he will give it to Parks & Recreation, not The Big C.
